Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are determined by the total number of items you order. Certain oversized, heavy items do not apply; in these special cases shipping charges are indicated by the item description. All shipping is subject to verification. Email us (support@winestopperstore.com) for Overnight or Saturday delivery (for an extra fee). Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped the same day. We will notify you of any delays beyond 5 days. Daytime phone number and e-mail address required.
Items destined for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and countries outside the continental U.S. require higher shipping charges than shown on our website. Contact our customer service (support@winestopperstore.com) for actual shipping rates in these circumstances.
There are some items on the website that are custom in nature and may require a longer shipping time. The custom wine stoppers with the personalized monograms will require a 3-5 day time frame. The iron wine racks will require 2-3 weeks before they can be shipped, since each one is hand-made when it is ordered.
Returns Policy
Our return policy is a comprehensive 90 day money-back guarantee. You can buy with confidence for that upcoming wedding or birthday. Our policy will accept any wine stopper in new and unused condition, no matter what the reason, within 90 days of its original purchase.
