About Ellie

According to an online quiz “What wine are you,” Ellie is a Bordeaux: “an educated and worldly person, she takes interest in other cultures and other peoples’ interests, incorporating them with her own.”  Ellie is a former wine consultant and writer, who studied wine in the south of France (concentrating on Bandol), and has been published in notable food and wine magazines throughout the States.  Ellie lives in Washington, DC and hopes to one day afford a case of Vieux Chateau Certan on her paralegal’s salary.
